- Full Time**Position Overview**:
The Intermediate Analyst will play a key technical role in the performance of projects within the Calian Nuclear team.

The analyst will support technical projects in the core areas of the group: Nuclear Safety and Licensing, Environmental Protection, Decommissioning & Waste Management, and Emergency Preparedness.

A this time, we are particularly interested in finding analysts with relevant experience to work within projects on our Decommissioning & Waste Management as well as Environmental Teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform and support scientific and technical project work for Calian Nuclear clients
- Support the development of high-quality technical reports and documents
- Act as a resource to the Director in support of developing business opportunities and proposals
- Provide support to Project Managers as required, including reporting to clients, reviewing the work of project team members and subcontractors, and supervising project team members
- Ensure all project deliverables are developed and maintained in accordance with the Calian Nuclear Quality Management System (QMS)
- Participate, as part of a project team, in conducting technical analyses
- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and potential business partners

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in a relevant field within the Nuclear industry
- P.Eng. or equivalent certification will be considered an asset
- Prior experience in a key technical role in the performance of projects, including occasionally leading the team as a principal investigator
