**Role Objective**

Treat everyone that comes in the door as you would like to be treated. Give Magical Moments every chance you get. Practice your smile, demeanour, telephone and face-to-face manners to become the best at greeting and helping our Guests. Provide good information, help whenever you can and work at building personal relationships with your Guests.

**Ideal Experience**
- Had a previous position dealing with the public face to face
- Is skilled in working with both adults and kids and enjoys the interaction
- Has a demonstrated ability to manage time and multitask
- Has had previous retail experience
- Has operated under pressure and enjoys the challenge
- Held a position which required follow-up skills with a low error rate
- Is a 'Natural' salesperson and has promoted previous companies' products
- Has done or can do end-of-day procedures and deposits accurately or willing to learn in a short timespan
- Has a working knowledge of reptiles
- May have some drama, theatre, or public speaking experience

- Has worked in retail in previous positions and enjoys dealing with our retail Guests
- Has a working and knowledge of our reptiles
- Knows and follows sales techniques for retail
- Is a 'Natural' salesperson with a high energy level

- Strongly extroverted personality - lively, animated, fun-loving, able to relate to kids and their parents
- Speaks without grammatical errors or speech impediments
- Has demonstrated ability to multitask
- Excellent at following up with Cast and Guests alike
- Punctual and reliable - always early and never unreliable
- In good physical condition as parts of the role involve lifting and carrying
- Has a clear record with the police and has passed the police and vulnerable sector check
- Follows the safety guidelines and all company guidelines respecting our reptiles
- Is patient and calm in stressful situations
- Is a 'People' person who thoroughly enjoys working with our Guests and Cast
- Is eager to promote the company, talk with our Guests and always give out our materials

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,600.00 per month
