Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Coordinator works closely with the management team to help them meet profitability, performance and growth objectives. He or she will be responsible for providing reports and analysis for decision making, participating in operational activities and improving management processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities

**Operational**:
Participates in operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the administrative aspects of the sector:

- Participates in the preparation of dashboards to monitor performance indicators;
- Carry out a rigorous follow-up of the status of the indicators in order to achieve operational excellence, carry out various controls and provide analyses to understand and correct discrepancies;
- Handle requests from our business partners (finance, operations, human resources);
- Work closely with delivery managers to support them at the administrative level;
- Have a good understanding of our internal processes and tools in order to be a reference person;
- Participate in the organization of sectoral or sub-sectoral team events or meetings;
- Be involved in sector or sub-sector communications.

**Financial**:
Participates in activities to maintain sound financial management, in collaboration with the delivery manager and/or the sub-sector vice-president:

- Follows up and ensures a good understanding of customer contracts;
- Follow up on the monthly financial results and participate in the financial and budgetary forecasting exercise;
- Validate and follow up on monthly invoicing in accordance with established deadlines;
- Follow up on work in progress and accounts receivable;
- Produce various reports upon request;
- Coordinate donations and sponsorships.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is committed and who has a sense of priorities, who wants to contribute to the growth of a team and who enjoys having various responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting or operations management an asset) or equivalent;
- 2 to 5 years experience in administration or other relevant experience;
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel);
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Organizational and priority management skills;
- Self-starter who takes initiative;
- Attention to detail and quality;
- Analytical, business and financial acumen;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Ability to synthesize information.
