**Job Description**:

- Analyze content of item attributes and specifications from suppliers ensuring validity and accuracy of data.
- Use discretion and independent judgment regarding NAPA supplier adherence to Genuine Parts Company (GPC) data standards.
- Responsible for rejecting data from NAPA suppliers.
- Responsible for managing the relationship with NAPA suppliers from a NAPA product content perspective to protect the supplier as well as NAPA.
- Creates manufacturer product class codes (MPCCs or Part Type Descriptions) using information provided by the NAPA supplier.
- Creates and validates product attributes and ensures that product attributes meet GPC attribute standards.
- Ensures that product attributes that are common to multiple GPC vendors are the same.
- Provides analysis to business management on the following: missing content, asset management and item type comparisons.
- Responsible for analyzing content between Premium and Value product lines to ensure no sales are lost to NAPA due to missing content in either product line.
- Responsible for managing the GPC mismatch policy with NAPA suppliers.

**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:

- Bachelor's degree and/or college diploma and/or any other combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years of work experience in the automotive industry (retail store, repair shop, manufacturing)
- 2+ years of experience in automotive standards "ACES" and "PIES".
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ability to learn to work in the GPC PIM (Product Information System) catalog.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Access.
- Strong data exploration, manipulation, and visualization skills.
- Demonstrate agility and fluency in written and oral communication in French and English.
- Ability to understand and communicate business issues and technical concepts.
- Ability to travel within the United States
