Bleacher Rentals is a rapidly growing company in need of an Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various types and sizes of Aluminum bleacher sets. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively. **Duties**:

- Read and interpret engineered drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience welding or working in welding operations
- Proficiency operating a forklift would be an asset
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
