**Manager - DEIB Engagement and Programs**

We are building a team of passionate and driven Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging professionals who will help shape, support, and drive the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) strategy at Rogers.

**What you will be doing**:

- Design and evolve DEIB learning journeys for different audiences (including people leaders, employees, and Human Resource Business Partners) to support strategic priorities and enable team members to contribute to an inclusive workplace
- Partner with key stakeholders (Learning, External vendors, etc.) to design and consult on DEIB learning and development programs and offerings
- Partner with our internal communications team to develop a multi-layered communication strategy to communicate our journey internally and externally
- Provide advice on messaging and cultural nuances for DEIB -related communications and programs across the business
- Maintain the DEIB Hub on Rogers Zone (intranet) with information and resources to engage and support leaders and employees

**What you will bring**:

- Bilingual (English and French) is a must-have: A good knowledge of English is necessary as this role requires regular communication in English with customers and/or team members in other provinces.
- Experience working in diversity, equity, and inclusion with demonstrated awareness of all facets of DEIB including accessibility
- Fundamental knowledge of DEIB principles and a broad understanding of the unique experiences and needs of equity-deserving groups
- Experience working in a learning organization and familiarity with adult learning principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate at/across all levels (including with senior executives)
