**Senior Analyst/Associate Manager Sales Finance & Planning**
Danone North America is building a stand-alone structure for our Premium Organic Dairy business operations (PD+). The following role is intended to support that business as a ground floor opportunity supporting these exciting brands in a new context. **About the Job**:
We are currently looking to hire a **Senior Analyst/Associate Manager Sales Finance & Planning** Sales Finance & Planning collaborates with teams across the company to drive long-term growth and profitability at Danone. As a member of our team, you will play an active role in achieving our targets by managing the financial execution of the business plan and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve the strategic priorities for the customers we support along with broader company objectives.
The SF&P Senior Analyst/Associate Manager is a key finance business partner for the sales team. This role supports critical financial and planning processes and works closely with cross-functional partners to influence business outcomes. _This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Boucherville, Québec with alternate location in Toronto, Ontario._
**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
- Support monthly close, forecast and flash processes for the sales divisions
- Effectively communicate business outlook along with risks and opportunities to finance and sales partners
- Influence and guide sales team and other stakeholders to profitable business decisions
- Act as liaison between demand planning team and sales team to drive alignment to volume forecasts
- Partner with sales team to develop customer level plans within the trade management system
- Collaborate with category commercial sales team, revenue management team, and customer sales team to establish trade targets and support pricing strategies
- Support ad-hoc requests
This Position falls under Danone’s strategic portfolio review, which includes the potential sale of the Horizon Organic and Wallaby brands. An employee who accepts this role agrees to transition to a new employer in the event of a sale.
The base compensation range for this position is $70,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience. **_There is also an exciting Success Bonus opportunity related to this role._**
About you
- Bachelor level studies (Finance, Business administration, accounting, economics, engineering or similar Preferred)
- 3-5 years of Finance experience, preferably in the CPG industry
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Strong computer skills (excel, Power point, BI tools, SAP, etc)
- Proactive and constructive attitude
