**About you**

For starters, in a former life you might have possessed (and still possess) marketing skills and creative experience that parallel those of a marketing manager, project manager, digital producer or graphic designer—all of which qualify you to supervise a multifaceted product launch or integrated marcom program. You have expert knowledge of Agile frameworks and methods, with all their artifacts and techniques. You also have the ability to coordinate people and projects, ultimately facilitating self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints. You’re a strong communicator, a capable leader and you're invested in Agile marketing, particularly scrum.

**Individual Accountabilities**

**The Scrum Master supports the Squad Lead by**:

- Ensuring that campaign/project goals and scope are understood by all squad members and CCM stakeholders
- Facilitating Scrum events (ceremonies)
- Application of techniques for effective backlog management within squad and holistically across all CCM squad backlogs
- Understanding project planning in an empirical environment
- Coaching of the Squad Lead regarding arrangement of the squad backlog to maximize delivery value
- Understanding and practicing agility

**The Scrum Master serves the squad in several ways, including**:

- Encouraging, guiding and educating team members in CCM and stakeholders across the enterprise regarding the CCM Agile marketing practice to encourage adoption and the evolution of Agile and scrum maturity
- Coaches the team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Fosters a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

**Requirements**:
**Key Skills & Experience**
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (ability to facilitate between many stakeholders, team members and partners from junior to senior levels which will naturally vie with each other)
- Exceptional communication and servant leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to analyze, think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Strong understanding of standard project management principles
- Resource management; ability to identify and coordinate the correct resources and brief them as projects commence
- Excellent knowledge of Agile practices, Scrum framework, events and artifacts
- Working knowledge of marketing principles and best practices; marketing and creative processes

**Designation, required training and prerequisites**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in project management, design, marketing or communications
- Agile/SCRUM certification (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of demonstrable, practical experience
