**Construction Project Manager**:
**Skill Sets Required**:

- Be well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization, work with frequent interruptions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- On site construction experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Word
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

**Additionally Considered Assets**:

- Engineering Degree or Applied Science Technologist
- Red Seal Journeyman Certificate
- Proven experience as a commercial construction Project Manager
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering, PMP or A.Sc.T
- Familiarity with estimating software like Sage Timberline
- Knowledge of NBC design and NECB requirements

**Responsibilities**:

- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Collaborate with Engineers and Supervisors in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Lead construction estimates, scheduling, material procurement and change management
- Managing both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime, which directly or indirectly affect the project

**What we offer**:

- Competitive base salary ranging from $85,000.00 to $120,000.00, based on experience and expertise
