Maintenance Supervisor
Where will you work: Onsite - Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan (Highway #1
Plantsite, 3 Kalium Road Belle Plaine, SK S0G 0G0 Canada)
What you’ll do?- This position supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance in an industrial setting.-
- Primarily responsible for Boilermaker and Ironworker supervision, coordination and execution of safe efficient planned and unplanned work at the Belle Plaine facility.- Direct work job inspection with a focus on safety, precision, quality and mentoring employees.- Maintenance scheduling execution of work in coordination with area supervisors, trade supervisors, engineering, planners and supply feedback as per site KPI's- Work with Supervisors and Engineering on Continuous Improvement Efforts- Maintain forward log and Maximo Workflow
What you’ll need:
- 10 years related experience- High School Diploma or equivalent- Journeyperson ticket - Ironworker or Boilermaker- Knowledge of computer maintenance management system (Maximo or SAP)
