Role Focus A**:65%** of this role will support the company’s **Continuing Education (CE) and Logistics** team through support to the CE Logistics Coordinator (LC) and the CE Warehouse Associate to ensure the company’s show display products for Canadian seminars and tradeshows arrive on time and meet our quality standards in doing so.

Role Focus B**:35%** of this role will support the company’s **Warehouse Team** which includes order picking as well as inventory, shipping and receiving support.

The role will involve close working relationships with the Logistics and CE Teams, the Warehouse Supervisor,
CRD Marketing and our Regional Sales Managers.

This position reports directly to the Continued Education and Events Manager (with a dotted line to the
Warehouse Supervisor where role focus B requires their support and direction). This role requires on-site daily attendance at our Logistics, Inventory and Shipping Warehouse at 1909 Oxford Street East, London,
Ontario

**Role Focus A**:
Goal is approximately three days per week (65%) role focus:
**Accountabilities**

**1. Packing for Seminars, Hands-On &Tradeshows (85%)**
- Assemble kits according to the course list provided.
- Support LC with communications between departments to ensure all marketing pieces arrive by date of shipment.
- Assist the CE Warehouse Associate to pack according to packing list and consolidate with hands
- on materials.
- Support LC in creating sales order for materials to be removed from stock if not in demo, and inform Warehouse Supervisor when stock needs to be removed by designated warehouse team member, either from CRD or CCI-Lon stock
- Support LC with the shipping of materials/cameras to KOL’s to ensure delivery
- Clean supplies, models and replace teeth according to event.
- Maintain equipment used for courses to ensure there are in good working condition
- Returning of shows: note the condition of the product returned and missing products. This will require to be re-worked and/or replaced and expensed to that event.
- Shrink-wrap all skid shipments to prevent lost pieces and damage

**2. Inventory Control (10%)**
- Support maintenance of CE warehouse stock at a minimum level
- Ensure receipt of CE inventory is accurate and accounted for.
- Continuous inspection of CE inventory FEFO (first expired first out)

**3. Logistics Support (5%)**
- Support LC to ensure materials and equipment arrive at the destination on time and if necessary from one venue to the next with tight turnaround times
- Support Outbound and Inbound Shipment tracking and follow-ups
- Help coordinate shipping information with CE team and update internal communications
- Assist creating commercial invoices for international events and other customs documents for couriers

**Role Focus B**:
Goal is approximately two days per week (35%) role focus:
**Accountabilities**

1. Support Warehouse Team Picking customer orders (80%)

2. Support Receiving Associate when necessary (20%)

**ISO Procedural Knowledge**:
Applicable job-related ISO Procedures as outlined in the ISO training matrix. All ISO training is maintained and administered by the ISO Management Representative

**Qualifications**
- Highly detailed oriented with a consistent focus on quality
- Ability to multi-task with ability to pivot regularly
- Can safely lift 20-50 lbs. regularly, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Proactive and Quick to Learn
- Achieves business results by taking action, focusing on goals, and making recommendations where needed.
- Team player, leads and supports change.
- A relevant post-secondary education would be an asset (eg. logistics, supply chain).
- Strong dental knowledge / dental field experience would be an asset.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates integrity and ethics, sets a personal example.
- Services customers by meeting their needs and focusing on customer satisfaction. The ability to work well and build co-operative relationships with people at all levels.
- A valid driver's license, and a car would be required (for occasional need).
