- Conduct patient consultations to discuss treatment plans, procedures, and financial arrangements.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of practice resources.
- Act as a liaison between patients, dentists, and benefit companies to clarify treatment plans and payment options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in educating patients about oral health and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental practice.
- Vast knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and benefit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
