Meadowlands Golf Club is urgently in need of kitchen staff.
- experience with tournaments/banquet meals an asset;
- must be able to take direction from others and work in a team-oriented environment;
- must be independent, mature, punctual, professional and able to multi-task;
- able to accommodate any shift including evenings, weekends, and long weekends;
- must have reliable transportation; and
- general kitchen/cooking knowledge an asset.

Some positions may require applicants be at least 18 years of age with proof of ProServe certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Food safe certificate (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Job Duties:

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
- Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises
- Other duties as requested
- Tournament/banquet prep knowledge.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35-40 per week

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
