Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing various sauces, charcuterie boards, small plates, appetizers, salads, and sandwiches.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including deli slicers, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Properly handle and maintain knives, cutting boards, and other kitchen utensils.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure all food items are correctly stored and labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with the cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures and Food Safety and Smart Serve certified.
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
