**Major Responsibilities**
- Ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility’s contract requirements
- Review cleaning inspections and work with the operations team to determine actions to resolve deficiencies
- Provide leadership and training to cleaners in the proper care and cleaning of facilities
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties as per assigned cleaning schedule
- Provide back-up support in cases of unscheduled cleaner absences
- Liaise with clients and address custodial requests and issues
- Ensure caretaking Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) requirements are being met

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Minimum two years of cleaning experience in a working supervisory role
- Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
- Excellent knowledge of custodial practices
- Excellent knowledge of janitorial equipment, supplies, and technologies
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
- Owns a vehicle to drive between sites
