Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct a general tour of the hotel to check the lighting, change bulbs and make repairs;
- Respond to customer service requests (heating, air conditioning problems, etc.);
- Carry out various repairs in the rooms;
- Inspect ventilation units on roofs, exhausts and air inlets;
- Check the exterior of the building;
- Carry out plumbing, electrical, painting, upholstery work, caulking etc., according to the hotel's norms and standards;
- Maintain the swimming pool;
- Carry out preventive maintenance work;
- All other related tasks.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Billinguism
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional attitude
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
