We are currently seeking an independent and reliable **House Cleaning Contractor** to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about creating clean and organized spaces and enjoy working directly with clients, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:
As a House Cleaning Contractor with Basil Green Clean, your responsibilities will include:

- **Thorough Cleaning**: Clean and sanitize all rooms in single-family homes and condos, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas. Tasks may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning appliances, and removing trash.
- **Detail-Oriented Work**: Pay special attention to high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and handles. Ensure no detail is overlooked, leaving the home spotless and fresh.
- **Kitchen Cleaning**: Clean and disinfect counters, sinks, stoves, ovens (as needed), cabinets (exteriors unless specified otherwise), and floors.
- **Bathroom Cleaning**: Scrub and sanitize sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors, ensuring all fixtures sparkle.
- **Floor Care**: Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors, including hardwood, tile, and carpeted areas, as required.
- **Bedroom & Living Areas**: Make beds, tidy up furniture, clean windowsills, dust furniture, and vacuum upholstery if requested.
- **Customized Service**: Work directly with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and meet their expectations. This includes accommodating additional requests like deep cleaning, organizing, or using specific cleaning products.
- **Eco-Friendly Practices**: Use safe and eco-friendly cleaning products when applicable, promoting a healthier environment for clients and their families.
- **Punctuality and Reliability**: Arrive on time for appointments, complete all tasks as agreed, and maintain professionalism throughout each job.

**Experience**
- **House/Condo Cleaning Experience**: Previous professional cleaning experience in residential homes or condos is highly preferred.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to clean thoroughly and meet client expectations with a keen eye for detail.
- **Independence**: Self-motivated and able to manage cleaning tasks without supervision.
- **Client-Focused Approach**: Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their unique needs.
- **Driver’s License and Transportation**: A valid driver’s license and/or access to a reliable vehicle are required for travel between job sites. If not, we can help provide a vehicle
- **Equipment and Supplies**: While not mandatory, having your own basic cleaning tools (vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
