As a bilingual **Communications Manager - Culture and Leadership**, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Nordia’s corporate culture and our senior leaders’ executive brands. This is the ideal position for a well-rounded communications professional with experience working with C-level executives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Executive Communications**
- Support executive communications strategy by managing communications for CEO and senior executives to articulate company’s vision, values, and key business priorities;
- Plan and prepare external and internal speaking opportunities - including media opportunities;
- Develop impactful speeches, presentations, social media content, blogs, article, videos and other content;
- Act as a communications advisor to the executive team.

**Culture and strategic programs**
- Stay updated and informed about industry trends, best practices related to culture and communications;
- Create compelling campaigns for strategic programs (Wellness, office expansion, partnerships, DEI, CSR, leadership development, etc.);
- Collaborate closely with internal team to support the development of key strategic programs;

- Manage communications for organizational change, executive announcements, and all-management presentations (draft, review, proofread, publish).

- ** Efficient multitasker** - You transform your ideas into concrete projects, while respecting tight deadlines and budgets. You also know how to prioritize and you can coordinate multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment;
- ** Digitally fluent** - You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and you are familiar with Jira and Canva.
- ** Bilingual** - Fluency in French and English is essential, given the international context of our teams.
- ** Savvy communicator **- You hold a university/college diploma in a relevant discipline, as well as previous experience in communications (5 to 7 years).
