**Job Summary**

Assists in implementing and supporting hardware, software and telephony systems which provide the infrastructure for Customer Support. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.

**What Is The Opportunity?**

**What Will You Do?**
- Maintain and upgrade hardware and software including website technical architecture.
- Develop and/or maintain technical documentations associated with current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and backups of IIS and.NET servers.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical issues.

**What Do You Need To Succeed?**
**Must have**
- Strong knowledge of IIS and.NET server infrastructure, configuration, and optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development teams and end-users.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple projects.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Microsoft IIS certification
- Microsoft.NET certification
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
