We are a leading boutique swim school dedicated to providing high-quality swimming programs and promoting water safety. With multiple locations across Kanata, Nepean, Ottawa East, and Orleans, we offer a range of swim lessons for children and adults of all skill levels. Our team of experienced instructors is committed to delivering exceptional instruction and ensuring a positive and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct swimming lessons for children and adults of various skill levels, following our established curriculum and lesson plans.
- Provide personalized instruction and guidance to each student, ensuring their safety and progress in the water.
- Assess students' swimming abilities and make necessary adjustments to instruction to meet individual needs.
- Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety skills.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence and enjoy swimming.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.

Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 15 years or older.
- Certification in CPR-C, First Aid, and NLS or Bronze Cross.
- Previous experience as a swim instructor is preferred but not required.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with children and adults of all ages.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional instruction.

Locations and Schedule: We have openings for swim instructors at our Kanata, Nepean, Ottawa East, and Orleans locations. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The schedule will vary based on the needs of our programs and can include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
