**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze reported cybersecurity information and incidents to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and industry standards, including:

- Emerging security issues.
- Cyber asset security practices.
- Personnel training.
- Electronic and physical security perimeters.
- Change management.
- Incident reporting and response plans.
- Configuration change management and information protection.
- Maintain knowledge of and implement NERC and Provincial-approved reliability standards.
- Create and implement security best practices using industry-recognized frameworks (NIST SSDF, OWASP SAMM, BSIMM, etc.).
- Develop actionable recommendations for clients to address cybersecurity issues and communicate these effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
- Perform stakeholder management, including delivering presentations, status updates, and detailed reports.
- Conduct social engineering and phishing activities, including reconnaissance, campaign development, and malicious payload creation.
- Demonstrate advanced technical capabilities and knowledge of the current cybersecurity control environment and threat landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields such as Business Administration or Management of Information Systems.
- **Certifications**: Security-related certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIRSC, or CEH are considered an asset.
- **Experience**:

- At least 10 years of experience in IT/OT.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex security projects and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in modern cybersecurity tools and methodologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in social engineering and phishing campaigns.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and report preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and solutions.
