Physiotherapy Office Administrator Job at **MajorMac Physiotherapy & Wellness** - Vaughan, ON

**MajorMac Physiotherapy & Wellness** is a private Physiotherapy clinic looking for a Clinic Manager for a busy clinic located in Vaughan.

**Job Duties**:

- Welcome and provide our patients the best care and customer service possible
- Must have great interpersonal skills, be reliable and be comfortable using basic technology/computers.
- Booking appointments, processing payments, patient phone calls, laundry and light cleaning duties.
- Collect payments and direct bill patient’s insurance

**Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of Universal Scheduling Software and HCAI System
- Strong knowledge of SABS Guidelines, TELUS Billing and WSIB Billing

The main role of this position is keeping the appointment book efficiently full & increasing the productivity of the practice while maintaining a high level of customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
