Chef d'équipe de projet (alias Chef d'équipe Service Crew)

Durée: Temps plein permanent

Lieu: Sur place

Rapporte à: Superviseur de projet avicole

Quart/Heure: Lundi à vendredi, 7h30 à 16h30

*Week-ends occasionnels (prime de week-end)

Taux horaire: 22,26 $/h

Éligible pour une prime de performance du troupeau

Éligible pour 40 heures de congé maladie payé

Nous recherchons un Chef d'équipe de projet pour fabriquer, assembler et installer des équipements dans notre ferme avicole.

Vous ferez partie de notre équipe agricole, où nous sommes fiers de notre culture de travail conviviale, détendue et collaborative. Ce rôle conviendra aux personnes qui aiment être actives au lieu d'être confinées à un bureau, qui aiment la variété dans leurs tâches où aucun jour n'est identique, et qui croient toujours en l'apprentissage continu et en l'amélioration constante.

**Tâches/Responsabilités**:

- Rapporter quotidiennement au Superviseur de projet
- Organiser et prioriser les bons de travail
- Décharger et organiser les équipements et les matériaux de construction
- Superviser occasionnellement une équipe pour des tâches plus importantes d'entretien de la ferme, y compris la gestion des activités quotidiennes et la planification
- Suivre nos protocoles et programmes de ferme (sécurité au travail, sécurité, bien-être des animaux, sécurité alimentaire, biosécurité à la ferme)

**Environnement de travail**

Activité physique dans un environnement agricole (à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des étables), telle que pousser et tirer, se baisser, se pencher, atteindre, ainsi que quelques escalades et travaux en hauteur
- Le travail dans les étables peut être bruyant, odorant, chaud, humide et poussiéreux
- Levée occasionnelle d'équipements pesant jusqu'à 50 kg.

**CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES**:
L'expérience en gestion/supervision est un atout
- L'expérience en agriculture ou avec des animaux de ferme est considérée comme un atout
- Aptitude mécanique démontrée.
- Connaissances en fabrication de métal/soudure
- Connaissance dans l'un de ces domaines : techniques de construction, menuiserie, construction générale, électricité, entretien d'équipement
- Expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils et d'équipements
- La formation sur une plateforme de travail en hauteur est un atout
- Capable d'effectuer des tâches physiques nécessitant force, coordination et dextérité

Démontre une attitude positive, une éthique de travail solide et une volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles compétences
- Capable d'arriver au travail à l'heure et prêt à travailler. Prêt à travailler jusqu'à ce que la tâche soit terminée, ce qui peut nécessiter des heures supplémentaires de temps à autre
- Capable de diriger et de travailler en équipe
- Compétences en communication - écrites et orales
- Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide
