WE ARE LOOKING FOR A **Dispatcher** TO JOIN OUR TEAM

The Dispatcher (Fleet Manager) will have ownership of the overall performance of their fleet by ensuring every driver in their fleet is successful and meets productivity and performance expectations of both the driver and management. You will be hands-on; working with the drivers and the operations team to design and dispatch trip plans to maximize driver and company success.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Superior interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to realize the sense of urgency in prioritizing the activities of your fleet.
- Extremely proficient in use of technology, systems, organizational tools, and understanding of process that piece of software system is trying to facilitate.
- Previous experience in dispatch and transportation is a key asset.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Driver Performance: Planning and dispatching all trips in your fleet, proactively taking steps to minimize unproductive work time, sourcing and pricing out any immediate freight requirements, tracking movement of freight that you have booked and updating customers accordingly.
- Administration: Ensuring accuracy of dispatch information in real time, ordering all over dimensional permits, preparing all required customs documents.
- Team Building: Developing strong working relationship and open lines of communication with all drivers in your fleet including responding to all inquiries with a sense of urgency.
