**Responsibilities**:
**Commercial Lending**
- Communicate with and receive instructions from lender with respect to commercial loans
- Reviewing and understanding the lenders commitment letters and thinking critically of the overall objectives
- Organizing and conducting all due diligence searches
- Compiling information required to prepare loan and security documents
- Preparing closing agendas for each loan
- Filing documents for registration at appropriate registries
- Requisitioning and disbursing of funds
- Reporting to the lender and managing post-funding items

**Key Qualifications**:

- Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant Certification
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Commercial banking/secured lending
- Ability to work independently and to follow instructions with mínimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative and to contribute to a team

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent vocabulary, spelling, and grammar
- Ability to think critically
- Proficiency with computers including advanced MS Word, Excel and other relevant programs
