**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work within a team culture that values people, not just sales
- Provide excellent customer service to customers both in store and on phone
- Follow inventory control procedures to ensure proper control of sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Manage cash handling procedures, including daily reconciliations to ensure accurate record keeping and proper bank processing
- Oversee the opening and closing of the store
- Ensure all products are stocked within the store by conducting regular product checks and ensuring adequate space is available at all times
- Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and inventory counts
- Purchase supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned that may become responsible for implementing store policies, safety codes, labor codes, and procedures per company policy guidelines
- have excellant problem solving ability.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience in a high-volume setting preferred, pool industry knowlege an asset.
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional problem solving skills with ability to determine appropriate solutions to problems with mínimal supervision
- Ability to use multiple strategies to solve problems in a changing environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow through with projects deadlines
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) and POS systems.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
