**Parts Advisor**

**Job Description: Parts Advisor**

The Parts Advisor is responsible for ensuring WPE Equipment’s products, services and solutions are offered in a way that best meet the needs of our customers. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, through on-going dialogue with customers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in parts ordering, inventory control, or warehouse management required (preferred)
- Must be proficient in reading and interpreting assembly drawings and parts lists required (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment to ensure the success of the company and its products.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding service and support to customers. Provide accurate, cost-effective parts orders for WPE Equipment customers.
- Work closely with sales staff to provide technical assistance on product problems or questions that customers may have.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product information available in WPE Equipment catalogs and online resources.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed in various job functions simultaneously.
- Provide on-going dialogue with customers regarding their needs and provide them with solutions through WPE Equipment customer service department.
- Follow up on all customer inquiries promptly. Maintain a high level of trustworthiness and confidentiality as it relates to customer relationships.
- Participate in internal training as needed and receive external training as requested. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and safety standards at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by manager department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
