**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Media Coordinator to work at Nespresso Canada, in Montreal, QC, reporting into the Performance & Campaign Manager. As part of the Marketing team, the Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting Brand and Performance media teams to execute campaigns across Nespresso's media landscape.
**A day in the life of...**
- Support the team in the implementation, analysis and optimizations of performance and brand campaign.
- Support the launching process for digital and traditional media channels (Web, Print, OOH, TV, Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Display)
- Report on media performance across brand and performance channels to measure the key performance indicators.
- Contribute with creatives ideas on how to leverage media campaigns to help achieve business and marketing objectives.
- Support the media team in the growth of the digital eco-system: New platform implementation, cross-department projects, media content campaign
- Manage the financial setup for media campaigns: PO creation, MPA signatures, Invoicing Process
- Assist in deployment of campaigns in collaboration with creative and media agencies to insure proper and on-time delivery of media assets (banners, videos, ad copy) and campaigns.
- Traffic creative assets (visual and copy) to partner agencies for brand & performance campaign launches.
- Provide campaign-relevant landing pages and UTM structure for each activation.
- Assist audience specialist in distributing audience segments out to digital partners.
- Coordinate the internal approval process to insure we get all the information revised and adapted for campaign launches.
- Close alignment with the Digital Media Specialists, Brand and Category managers to ensure creatives are aligned to brand guidelines and set up for optimal performance
- Manage the internal media platform: Feed management,Trafficking and other platforms.
- Report on media performance across brand and performance channels to measure the key performance indicators
**What will make you successful**:
- Business or Marketing degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Marketing-Media experience
- Possesses a strong interest for media advertising campaign (SEM, programmatic, Social)
- Posses a strong interest for analysis (ROI, Key performance indicators)
- Media platform experiences (Facebook, DBM, DCM, Adwords) not require but a plus
- Possesses a strong interest for creatives aspects
- Organized with the ability to self-manage through project managing skills in making tight deadlines across teams
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Enjoys and supports working with a team while being highly energetic and flexible in adhering to shifting deadlines
