**Job Description**:
Group Customer (GC) Technology is looking for a key new member of their PMO (Project Management Office). This is an exciting opportunity to be an enabler for large scale project delivery. Reporting to the Director, Program Management & Governance, you will be leading project analysts on the teams. With your project management experience, you will assure all PMO processes are well executed by the team and ensure project governance with an agile mindset. You will also look to develop/evolve processes as the team continues to evolve.

**What you will do**
- Support GC Technology project managers through the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to project closure.
- Develops new central processes that the PMO can perform on behalf of project managers to streamline the administration of projects
- Implements new processes on behalf of GC Technology Financial Management to assure fiscal control of project finances
- Applies Canada Technology project management best practices to project processes that the PMO manages
- Supports budgeting and forecasting through building and running reports for senior leaders and project managers
- Supports Resource Management processes for GC Technology to assure the right resources are in the right place at the right time
- Supports Portfolio Management for GC Technology, including iterative advancement of Portfolio Management to a defined target state.

**What you will bring**
- 5 years’ experience in a project management related discipline
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. PMP certification would be an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Project Enterprise Server (Project Management system) or in other project management software would be an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of Office365 tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
- Knowledge of GWL SAP and MSPS financial processes and reporting to use them for GC Technology reporting
- Lead team members to deliver exceptional results even though the staff are not direct reports
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail skills and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment, facilitating and contributing to work across geographies and across other functional teams
