In this role you will be a valued member of our Operations and Sales Team.**Listing and Client Care Coordinator**:
- Draft and prepare listings to be published on MLS and other platforms
- Meet Clients and view properties as required to prepare Listing Notes
- Oversee and coordinate every step of the listing process from scheduling appointments to managing deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Work with agents, clients, and vendors to ensure a seamless process from listing preparation to closing.
- Ensure that all MLS listings are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
- Regularly update MLS platforms as needed, including price adjustments, status changes, or new property details.
- Provide clear and timely updates to clients on the status of their listing and any changes that may occur.
- Ensure that the property is prepared for showings, whether that involves coordinating access or confirming details with the agent and client.
- Handle any inquiries, concerns, or issues from clients, vendors, or agents promptly and professionally. (setting expectations early)
- Ensure that all communications are documented and action items are followed up on in a timely manner.
