The PMO Manager shall be based in Montreal. The PMO Manager shall assist the team in all tasks related to the overall management, control, and supervision of the project

**ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES**

**Key accountabilities**:
Support the Project director and the Project Team on PMO aspects.

**Responsibilities for PMO activities**:

- Define, deploy and analyse key performance indicators
- Further develop and deploy the communication structure, including workshops
- Support organization of governance meetings for senior management (MPR, WP review, Integration Committee)
- Support for Project Managers / Project -Director on specific tasks requiring cross-functional leadership
- Follow-up of letters contractual register, prepare answers to letters
- Follow-up of the Impact Reports (VO) production and manage their review before submission
- Ensure that Alstom processes are well managed and applied by the team
- Link to global Alstom PMO organization

**Responsibilities for Risk &Opportunities**:

- Act as a support to Project Team for the identification and the assessment of R&O, and the implementation and follow-up of mitigation actions.
- Act as a support to R&O owners for the definition, the implementation and the follow-up of mitigation actions in line with the main Project schedule and budget, by linking with the project schedule and cost control team.
- Monitor progress on R&O and mitigation actions.
- Maintain a consolidated R&O Register.

- Definition, deployment and follow-up of KPIs,
- Follow-up of letters contractual register
- Quality of presentations, KPI reports
- Follow-up of the VO (Impact report)

**EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES**

**Educational Requirements**

**Mandatory**:

- Project management background level depending on the complexity of the Project/Program
- Good knowledge of railway products and systems

**Desirable**:

- AACE Certified (DRMP)

**Experience**

**Mandatory**:

- Experience of management processes within ALSTOM way of Working

**Desirable**:

- IPMA-D

**Competencies & Skills**

- Ability to work in functional matrix and international environment
