We are Trade Secrets, Glamour Secrets & Taylor Colt -- national franchise systems and leaders in retailing beauty products and services. We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative/Receptionist**, based out of our corporate office located in Vaughan, Ontario.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Customer Service_
- Answer and follow-up on customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services
- Receptionist_
- Act as the first point of contact to greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, courteous manner
- Screen phone calls and distribute mail
- Work independently to perform other administrative duties.
- Provide responses to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Qualifications:_
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in a customer service environment or admin role an asset
- Post-Secondary education
- Attributes:_
- Customer focus and solution oriented - have a positive mind-set
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well organized and able to prioritize work
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
- Knowledge of Tagalog language an asset

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
