**Job Summary**

The Benefit Analyst is responsible for supporting the Account Executives in the building and maintenance of client relationships. The duties of the Benefit Analyst (Administration) position include being knowledgeable of - but are not limited to - the following list of general duties:
**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Preparing Quarterly Experience Reports
- Preparing RTQ’s and Market Survey Reports
- Preparing Renewal Reports
- Reviewing booklets for new groups and amendments
- Assisting in the day-to-day benefit administration of our clients
- Preparing individual conversion quotes

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required. Bilingualism would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel) required.
- Strong analytical/mathematical/communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and organized and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Group Benefits or Individual Insurance would be an asset
- GBA or CEBS Designation would be an asset
- Confidentiality and client privacy as it relates to all privacy guidelines is paramount.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Group/ Employee Benefits Industry: 2 years (required)
