Mississauga, Canada First Onsite Full time

**First Onsite** is seeking to hire a **full-time Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk **will work closely as part of the national finance team to provide timely and accurate clerical support in the area of accounts payable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail, a strong customer service level and a sense of urgency.
- Timely invoice entry, meeting deadlines, matching invoices to purchase orders and/or statements, follow up on missing invoices and ensuring invoice approvals.
- Process Mastercard payments and any job related receipts, allocation of taxes, matching receipts to statements, and locating missing receipts.
- Filing and maintaining organized documentation
- Timely responses to accounts payable inquiries from vendors, estimators, coordinators and other contacts related to the function
- Preparation of WSIB and HST payments, investigation and responding to calls, holdbacks and releases

**Experience**:

- Bilingual - French and English
- 1 -3 years office administration experience with knowledge of A/P processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented
- Strong administration, record keeping and data entry skills
- Effective time management skills

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
