**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Set up and operate the edge bending machine and saw according to work orders and specifications.
- Load raw materials onto the machine and monitor the production process to ensure proper bending and cutting.
- Adjust machine settings and controls as necessary to achieve desired results.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues that may arise during operation.
- Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, materials used, and any production issues encountered.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of machine operations and suggest improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating edge bending machines and saws in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with different types of materials commonly used in edge bending and sawing operations (e.g., metal, wood, plastic) is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with operating edge bending machines and saws, including setting up and adjusting machine parameters.
- Ability to perform quality checks and make adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs
- Attention to detail

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation is preferred.
