**Job description**
**Work Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Hybrid Work Arrangement applies to this position. Employee will work 3 days in office and 2 days at home, once training has been completed successfully.
**Responsibilities**
- Discuss with clients to understand their business and needs
- Liaise with our Pricing Team to determine rates/routings for shipments
- Arrange shipments with agents/carriers and provide SOP to Operations Team for proper handling of the shipment
- Prepare and send tracking reports for key clients
**Qualifications**
- Ideally, 1 - 2 years employment within the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Keyboarding skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of work accurately;
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to prioritize work & time management skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Effective communication skills
