**Tâches et responsabilités essentielles**:

- Assurer le bon fonctionnement du studio.
- Développer la présence de RushCycle et fidéliser la clientèle
- Prendre en charge les demandes d’informations, les appels de suivi et de la rétention des membres ainsi que les courriels.
- Assister aux réunions mensuelles du personnel
- Maintenir les informations client à l’aide du système MindBody
- Accueillez les membres actuels et potentiels avec enthousiasme et sourire.
- Préparez la salle de spinning (avant, pendant et après les cours).
- Garder la zone de réception bien entretenue
- Faire tous les suivis necessaires avec les membres potentiels
- Répondre promptement à toute demande ou plainte des membres.

Maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais requise - les cours seront entièrement bilingues

Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester organisé

Compétences de communication interpersonnelle positives, motivantes et efficaces

1+ ans d’expérience dans la vente est préférable

Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the proper functioning of the studio.
- Develop the RushCycle presence and build customer loyalty
- Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Maintain customer information using the MindBody system
- Greet current and potential members with enthusiasm and a smile.
- Prep the Spinning room (before, during and after classes).
- Keep the reception area well maintained
- Make all follow-ups with potential members within the required time.
- Respond promptly to any requests or complaints from members.

**Professional qualifications**:
Energetic and smiley. You are the heart and face of our studio

Fluency in French and English required - courses will be fully bilingual

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

1+ years of experience in sales is preferable
