**The Role**
- We are excited to announce the opening for the position of Warehouse Associate. Working to support logistics and operations related to pharmaceutical products, the incumbent will be performing an array of duties including but not limited to receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.

**Day-to-Day Activities**
- Receive incoming products and compare information on packing slips to verify accuracy of shipment
- Sort, count, package, label, and unpack inventory that is received
- Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects, and notify team lead of findings
- Responsible for accurately receiving, reporting, and allocating purchased items
- Operate pallet jack in loading and unloading materials
- Stock up all the supplies on the Production Floor
- Flatten Boxes and dispose of in recycle bin
- Stock up all supplies on the verification floor
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Prepare orders collecting accurate packaging material materials and products
- Pack boxes as per request from sales team
- Package and ship in accordance with SOP, packaging guidelines and accepted methods/practices
- Replenish packaging materials in the warehouse

**About You**

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to learn and perform all functions in the warehouse
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essentials
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

**Salary**: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
