In order to continue fulfilling our mission of excellence in the Machine Tool Industry, we are hiring a **Facilities Support Staff **in **Cambridge**, Ontario.

The **job duties** are (but are not limited to):

- Janitorial Duties: Clean and arrange show room, board rooms, presentation room and classroom, minimum one per week or daily during events or before planned customer visits.
- Show room support:

- Support FSTs during machine off-loading, this includes rigging, unpacking, cleaning and storage/disposal of shipping items. Prep scrapped steel crates for metal disposal.
- Operate crane and forklift for shipping and receiving.
- Perform scheduled preventative, routine and emergency maintenance as required, such as safety items (ex: fire extinguishers), inventory items (ex: storage racks), etc.
- Perform minor repairs and parts replacement that don’t require full system shutdown.
- Perform waste and recycling duties.
- Other building or yard maintenance items that may be required.
- Coordinate and supervise trades work such as painters, electricians, plumbers, etc when necessary.
- Ensure maintenance records, files, and documentation are maintained accurately and timely and in accordance with established procedures.
- Any other duties that may arise.

Travel is not required.

What are your **Qualifications**:

- High school required, facilities maintenance, millwright or trades diploma or pursuing is an asset.
- Forklift and crane certification is an asset.
- Entry level Knowledge in Microsoft Office Package.
