Busy and growing construction company has an opening for a full-time Accounting Clerk - Office Manager.

Duties involve but not limited to:
*Filing and administrative duties

*Assistant to the CFO

*Monthly bank reconciliations for various accounts

*Payroll withholdings remittances

*Worksafe BC remittances

*Managing the health benefits database

*Assisting with Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable - holiday coverage

*Managing office supplies and other general office duties

Programs we use are Quickbooks Premier Contractor Edition, Excel, Exaktime, GoogleApps.

We have been operating for 16 years and offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package. Our office is in a great location with transit access in East Richmond.

You will report directly to the Controller and Payroll Administrator; We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident working independently as well as part of a team. Others in the company telecommute and work from home, this position is in the office and you will be required to liaise with others and be the person in the hub managing the back and forth and documentation. You must be detail oriented and a motivated self-starter with good problem solving skills. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to learn and grow. Starting compensation range $21 - 25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
