We are a Fashion Boutique, for women with locations from Vancouver Island to Yorkton Saskatchewan. Our teams provide a personalized shopping experience, offering a unique collection of Fashion Brands, with large collections of Made in Canada fashions.

Our fashion associates help their customers celebrate all that makes them unique. We work hard to ensure their fashion purchases represents their own personal signature style.

**How we Work**
We understand clothing doesn’t just cover our bodies; it tells our story. We take the time to listen and learn our customer’s story. We make fashion recommendations that align with her personal style vision. We make shopping for a wardrobe FUN again
- Retail Management or Assistant Management experience.
- Leadership experience focused on recruitment, coaching and sales.
- Experience is driving KPI’s.
- Knowledge of software: Adobe, Microsoft, POS.
- Cash Handling.
- Scheduling.
- Strong organization and documentation skills.
- Merchandising
- Must currently reside in Canada and have proof of work permit

**Your Role**
Our M**anager ** is the most important position in the store. At the centre of all store functions they provide exceptional customer service, generate sales, and participate in all the essential duties necessary to the effective day-to-day operation of the store, including:

- Building client relationships and inspiring loyalty.
- Making recommendations and show-casing complimentary products.
- Informs customers of current promotions, seasonal events and contests.
- Set-up of visual and brand directives, posters and window displays to highlight merchandise, drive sales and select offers.
- Oversee store operations and employees.
- Responsible for the access and security of the store at the beginning and/or end of operating hours.
- Ensuring our customers are informed about and enrolled in our online e-newsletter.
- Demonstrating our company culture and core values.
- Setting a Fashion First example for customers and the Team
