Conveniently located on the corner of 51st street and Faithfull avenue, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and elevate the fan experience to new heights.

**Position Overview**:
As the Retail Store & Merchandise Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our retail sales department at the Fan Experience Zone and in-venue locations. From managing inventory to providing exceptional customer service, your passion for sports and commitment to excellence will drive the success of our retail operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute SEG’s Brand Purpose to the highest capability.
- Manage and understand store Sales and Profitability under the guidance of the Director of Revenue.
- Ensure superior Store Presentation and Protection of Company Assets.
- Uphold all Company & Business Compliance expectations, including updating Store Operating Procedures.
- Cultivate a positive and inviting team culture.
- Efficiently manage store weekly scheduling and Roster Management.
- Greet fans and assist with apparel and merchandise selection.
- Fulfill online orders and customize team jerseys.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels.
- Source, order, and assist in the creation & design of team apparel.
- Operate retail outlets during games for the Rush, Blades & Berries.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous supervisory experience in a retail sales environment.
- Familiarity with merchandise and inventory processes preferred.
- Sales and marketing experience considered an asset.
- Passion for sports and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
