**Salary**: Our salaries generally range from $ 83038.35 to $ 103797.93 and are based on qualifications and experience.

**What you’ll do**:

- Builds partnerships and maintains quality relationships with stakeholders to understand the needs and objectives of our clients and offers advice, support and alternative solutions.
- Supports the delivery of the federal initiative and works closely and collaboratively with peers to achieve business objectives and identify opportunities.
- Manages issues of a politically sensitive nature using critical thinking, judgment and experience to find the best solution or outcome.

**What you should have**:

- A bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in municipal planning, construction financing, real estate, financial markets or credit risk analysis.
- Experience working with municipalities, clients in Indigenous communities and the North.
- Solid knowledge of housing finance, planning, delivery, administration and portfolio management, and ability to analyze, reason and work within complex frameworks.
