We are looking for a Leasing Coordinator to join our Residential team in Regina, SK. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Northview’s rental units are 100% occupied by qualified residents while maintaining a high level of customer service within our communities.

**What you will do**:

- Being the point of contact for leasing inquiries, including outside of regular working hours
- Conduct viewings, reference and credit checks
- Conduct move-in and move-out appointments with residents and ensure legal documents are completed and signed correctly
- Conduct periodic market surveys within the market in your area and recommend rental fees based on market findings for vacant apartments
- Marketing rental units in line with current policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum one year of leasing experience, ideally in residential or building management or as a real estate agent
- Excellent customer service skills, a pleasant demeanor and the ability to speak and write English and French fluently
- Able to work independently, a self-starter and takes pride in the delivery of excellent resident services
- Experience and ability in “closing the deal”
- Experienced and knowledgeable in creative marketing
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as necessary
- Strong computer skills
- Have a valid driver’s license, and in some instances access to a reliable vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
