**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing efforts and make a significant impact on our online presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and leads.
- Craft and curate engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) including posts, stories, videos, and live sessions.
- Craft and curate weekly newsletter for the brokerage (content will be provided)
- Monitor social media trends and leverage emerging platforms and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront of the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with ongoing promotions and events.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve our goals.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to engage and grow an online community.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of various social media design and marketing tools, including Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, Adobe, Mailchimp.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, to design graphics for social media posts
- Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus
- Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- A team player with a can-do attitude, ready to jump in and collaborate with various departments.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and a knack for storytelling.
