Residential Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in residential properties. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a comfortable living environment.

**Duties**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks in assigned residential properties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and launder towels as needed
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Organize and declutter living spaces
- Follow specific instructions for cleaning different surfaces and materials
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients

**Skills**:

- Experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required
- Proficient in English language for effective communication with clients
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to address client needs and concerns
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage cleaning supplies
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Basic cooking skills may be an asset for certain assignments
