Post-construction Cleaners

**Rita's Cleaning Service is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Oshawa, ON.**

**We are looking for part-time and/or full-time cleaning contractors to service post-construction cleaning contracts in Oshawa, Bowmanville, and Newcastle.**

**Cleaners may have their own cleaning companies, but it is not a requirement.**

**Vehicles and supplies are not provided.**

**Training will be provided.**

**The contracts include post-construction and detail cleans of housing developments.**

**Shifts**:

- **Flexible, between 1-7 days per week, including evenings and weekends.**

**Duties**:

- **Cleaning interior spaces of housing developments in various stages of completion.**:

- **Vacuuming and mopping floor surfaces, including carpets, hardwood, and tiles. Dusting. Cleaning of interior windows and trim.**:

- **Throughly cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, including inside of cabinetry.**:

- **Reporting to company manager.**

**Requirements**:

- **Criminal background check.**:

- **Perform cleaning to the standards required by the company.**:

- **Previous cleaning experience is an asset.**:

- **Valid G-Class Ontario drivers licence (or equivalent) is an asset, but not required.**

**Compensation**:

- **Hourly Pay**:

- **Opportunity to bid on future cleaning contracts.**:

- **Opportunity for additional part-time, hourly work.**:

- **Contractors will submit monthly invoices. They will be paid every 30 days.**

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour
