Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, West Region, the **Unite Inventory Analyst** will be the **"Unite/M3 Super-user"** within the West Region. You will play a crucial role in supporting Unite (M3) system users, training new team members, and troubleshooting system/inventory process issues.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**
- Complete daily routine inventory analysis
- Assist in the setup and execution of monthly stock counts, ensuring all counts are fully updated.
- Monitor and analyze monthly stock gains/losses for all locations.
- Identify and address high-impact areas for stock variance, providing recommendations to resolve issues.
- Ensure accurate stock reporting for all sites.
- Support Logistics with offsite inventory adjustments and PO Returns.

**Process Management**
- Ensure accurate departure dates for all deliveries.
- Maintain routine practices, including Open PO, Open DO, and Open Customer Return checks.
- Lead by example and support new business process/system updates/changes.
- Update instruction sheets to reflect changes in procedures or M3.
- Monitor and manage critical conflict access for SOD release.
- Perform UAT testing for projects or M3 updates.

**User Support & Training**
- Train new users in Factory Track and M3 navigation.
- Provide ongoing support to all Factory Track, Loadout Tool, and M3 users, addressing questions on navigation, processes, and reporting.

- High learning capacity and eagerness to learn and to consistently develop your knowledge and understanding of the Unite/M3 system and relevant processes related to Unite/M3 and Inventory
