Au sein de l’équipe des ventes, projets commerciaux, la personne titulaire du poste sera responsable d’assurer la représentation de l’entreprise auprès d’une clientèle commerciale composée notamment de bureaux professionnels d’architectes et d’entrepreneurs, et d’atteindre les objectifs de vente des produits Céragrès.

**Responsabilités**
- Identifier des opportunités d’affaires et utiliser les moyens appropriés pour générer les ventes
- Promouvoir les nouveaux produits de Céragrès à la clientèle en les visitant assidûment et en maintenant à jour la matériauthèque de ces derniers
- Négocier et suivre les projets tout au long du processus de vente
- Offrir un service de haute qualité en assistant les clients dans le choix des produits répondant aux besoins et spécifications de leurs projets
- Soutenir les clients d’un point de vue technique (spécificités des produits, utilisation, etc.) et administratif (prix, disponibilité, conditions de crédit, etc.) avant, pendant et après la vente en collaboration avec le service à la clientèle
- Maintenir à jour l’outil de gestion de la clientèle (CRM) afin d’optimiser le suivi des projets commerciaux
- Procéder à des visites des bureaux architectes et des chantiers
- Préparer les soumissions à l’aide du système informatique

**Exigences**
- Diplôme d’études collégiales dans un domaine pertinent
- Cinq (5) à sept (7) années d’expérience en vente commerciale, idéalement auprès d’une clientèle de professionnels (architectes, entrepreneurs)
- Maîtrise de la langue française et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit)
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office et d’un (1) ou des logiciels informatique
- Intérêt pour le dépassement de soi et la persévérance dans l’atteinte d’objectifs de ventes
- Aptitudes démontrées en vente et service à la clientèle
- Aptitudes démontrées en gestion du temps et des priorités
