En tant que spécialiste des ventes dans votre magasin de Montréal, vous serez un membre important de notre magasin, responsable d'offrir un service amical et professionnel. Vous devez avoir une bonne compréhension des produits de notre magasin, présenter les produits aux clients, aider aux activités de la vie quotidienne du magasin et assurer la propreté et l'ordre du magasin.**

**Responsabilités**:
Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes du service client, y compris la mise en scène du magasin, les paiements, les commandes, et fournir des consultations et des conseils aux clients en magasin, en suggérant les produits appropriés aux clients en fonction de leurs besoins.

Mettre à jour quotidiennement la publicité en ligne et répondez aux demandes en ligne.

Surveiller et maintenir l'inventaire du magasin.

Fournir un service à la clientèleet un service téléphonique en personne avant et après-vente.

Assister dans les vérifications d'inventaire périodiques pour assurer l'exactitude de l'inventaire

Aider au déchargement du camion et à l'entrée et à la sortie des marchandises

Garder la salle d'exposition, le bureau et l'entrepôt propres, organisez les produits sur les présentoirs et les marchandises en inventaire.

Exploiter avec compétence le système ERP et le système DingTalk pour coopérer avec le travail d'équipe.

**Exigences**:
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et communication écrite/verbale (Anglais&Français).

Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, amical et enthousiaste, respectueux de votre poste et dévoué.

Connaissance de l'informatique avec une solide connaissance de MS Office et des outils

Disposer à faire et capable d'accomplir certains travaux physiques, comme aider les clients à ramasser des marchandises, empiler et recevoir des marchandises.

Travailler méticuleusement, consciencieusement, prudemment et de manière proactive.

Efficacité de travail élevée, sens aigu des responsabilités, exécution solide et esprit d'équipe.

Expérience de travail dans la vente au détail préférée.

Capable d'interagir enthousiasme avec les clients pour stimuler les ventes.

Capable de travailler légalement au Canada.

**Avantages**:
Salaire : 20 $/heure + commission mensuelle, 40 heures/semaine.

Greenlife Inc is looking for a highly motivated individual to be part of our team. We are one of the leading suppliers of Spa, Salon, and Aesthetic products in the GTA. Since our established in 2011, Greenlife has been contributing to local aesthetic communities by providing high-quality aesthetic supplies and equipment. Our featured massage tables, facial beds, and barber chairs have become the most popular products all over Canada. As a sales specialist in our Montreal store, you will be an important member of our store, responsible for providing friendly and professional service to our customers. You will need to have a good understanding of our store's products, introduce products to customers, assist in store’s daily operations and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate daily customer service operations, including store staging, payments, orders, and provide in-store customer consultation and advice, suggesting proper products to customers based on their needs.

Update online advertisement on daily basis and reply to online inquires.

Monitor and maintain store inventory.

Provide pre-sales and after-sales in-person customer service & telephone service.

Assist in the periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of inventory

Assist in the offload from truck, and inbound & outbound of goods

Keep the showroom, office and warehouse clean, organize the products on the display shelves the goods in the inventory.

Proficiently operate the ERP system and DingTalk system to cooperate with teamwork.
